The Client shall bear all expenses related to the shipment of orders placed on this Online Store.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We kindly ask you to verify the value of our tariffs on the checkout page.Shipping outside the European Union
All our orders are shipped from Portugal and will need to go through customs for countries outside the European Union. Thereby, there is a possibility that customs may retain the parcel up to 2 weeks.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns on all full-price items within two weeks from time of delivery. Items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers will assume the cost of return shipping. Provided that the items are received in their original condition, a refund for the full amount of the item will be issued, minus the return shipping fee.
Any item marked SALE, or having benefited from a REDUCTION or PROMOTION is not eligible for return or exchange. Unless the item has a defect making it unusable for its purpose.
Art and vintage articles are not eligible for return or exchange too.
To return/exchange an item, please luzeditions2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to initiate the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Luz Editions is not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit.
Luz Editions reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
