SHIPPING

We aim to have all stock orders from the website wrapped and sent within 24 hours from your date of purchase. Our orders are delivered in Portugal within 3-5 working days.

International orders take up to 10 working days. Your order is sent out insured to prevent any damage or loss on its way to you. You will receive an information with the track and trace number so that you can follow the shipment.

The Client shall bear all expenses related to the shipment of orders placed on this Online Store.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We kindly ask you to verify the value of our tariffs on the checkout page.

Shipping outside the European Union

All our orders are shipped from Portugal and will need to go through customs for countries outside the European Union. Thereby, there is a possibility that customs may retain the parcel up to 2 weeks.
