HELIOS
Spring/Summer 2025
“With this collection and its Mediterranean accents, I wanted to pay homage to the glamorous, sexy elegance of the 60s and 70s. I love the idea of inspiring women who become mythical through their flamboyant lifestyles. Solar is the adjective that defines them”
GEORG LUX
Creative director
I was thrilled to be contacted personally by Leonard to be part of a creative venture.
It's often said that working in the luxury sector is a challenge.
The creation pivot was: shaping a Sea Goddess, jetted in magnificent Greece.
I’ll share part of the briefing so that you can imagine the whole creative process.
Based on the LEONARD PARIS woman of next summer, I had to imagine her as a free woman jetted off for Greece. Like a sea goddess. She re-enacts the golden age of the 60s and 70s, when jet-setters traveled to party in spectacular locations. The slender silhouette will be both fluid and structured, graphic and pure.
- Inspiration:
Joseph Lausay’s “Boom!” (1968), starring Elisabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Signed by Tennessee Williams. The screenplay follows the fascinating journey of an eccentric woman, inevitably mythical, in a jewel-like setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in overwhelming light.
- Details:
Ceramic pieces lend a Hellenic accent to dresses and belts.
- Colors:
Colors reminiscent of the Mediterranean, with azure blue and white in majesty. An intense black also reveals the colors of summer.
On this basis, I created ceramic pieces, a kind of plate to decorate and accessorize dresses.
Because two heads think better than one... How can I work with you? Help you develop the product of your dreams?
- Are you an interior designer?
Do you need my expertise in Portuguese craftsmanship?
Would you like a particular color on one of my pieces?...
- Are you a boutique / retailer?
Would you like me to customize one of my products?
Would you like us to adapt an exclusive color on one of my models to your store or sell it?...
- Are you a designer?
With this example, you can see how we can combine our skills to bring your pieces to life, taking your dreams further and making them a reality.
I look forward to hearing from you!
